Keep track of what is in your freezer and your cupboard

One tile per thing you keep. Tap it when you take one out, and the count is right again. That is the whole thing, and it is already running below — no sign-up, no download, nothing to set up first.

Free. It costs us nothing beyond the server we already pay for, so it costs you nothing.

Where

One freezer, one link

Share the list with whoever else opens the freezer. They see the same list from the link and can change it — no account, nothing installed.

What the link means, plainly

  • The link is the only lock. It is 128 random bits, so nobody guesses it — but whoever holds it can read and change this list.
  • It cannot be switched off. If a link gets out, the fix is to start a new list; we cannot revoke the old one.
  • The link is printed on the QR stickers, so whoever can read a bag in your freezer can read the list. The stickers are meant for inside a home.
  • If two people change the same thing in the same minute, one of the two numbers survives, not both.

How it goes, in a kitchen

Count once, standing at the cupboard

Type what you keep and how many there are. Six tins of beans, two bags of mince. One row each, and you never type it again.

Tap when you take one out

One tap on the tile, at the freezer door, before you shut the lid. That is the only upkeep there is, and it is the only reason a kitchen list ever stays true.

Share one link with the house

Your partner, a teenager, whoever gets sent to the shop. They open the same list from the link. No account, nothing installed.

Stick a QR code on each bag

Print the sticker sheet, one per bag. Whoever is holding the bag points their normal camera at it and gets one button: Took it out. The list updates without them ever visiting this page.

What it does, and what it does not

  • Counts what is in your freezer, fridge and cupboard, on one list.
  • Shows how long ago each thing was topped up, so nothing lives at the back for two years.
  • Sorts a shopping view lowest-first, so you can read it in the aisle.
  • Works with no signal, in a garage, and catches up when you are back indoors.
  • No account, and no email address asked for — ever.
  • No recipes, no meal plans, no shopping deals.
  • No guess about when your food goes off. We do not know, and we will not pretend to.
  • No photographs of what is in a bag. That would cost us money per use, and then this could not be free.

Short, concrete answers — written for the things people actually type into a search box when they find six tins of beans at the back of a cupboard.
